I've been to several detox centers in the last year and hands down TN Detox was the BEST. Everyone from the staff was wonderful. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. The are very accommodating and also props to the chefs there. They work hard to make great meals for the patients. The techs are amazing people! I was very comfortable in this detox center. Hands down the best detox I've experienced, has everything you would need and the nurses are absolutely the best the personal chef everyday is just icing on the cake. This was my last stop during my addiction, I'm still clean and will stay thay way. Thanks live again for being so great seriously.

What a great experience. I spent my days in detox with this facility before going to a prolonged treatment option and it really primed me for the rest of my journey. The house is contemporary, beautiful, and well kept; truly a luxurious experience. The staff is so kind warm and accommodating. The food was delicious.

This place is amazing in so many ways. The people here are so warm & welcoming. They accept you at your worst and work with you no matter what! They are kind & caring no matter what your going through. The building is really nice and clean. There is so much food here ! This is definitely the most food I've ever seen in my entire life. They take care of you so well & you always have someone to talk to no matter time of day or night it is. It's really a great support system here. Best detox facility I’ve been to hands down. The counselors and staff are amazing. They treat you like an actual person, not just a client. Great food, comfy beds, and not ran like a prison. All staff has been there before, so they know where their clients are coming from and how they feel. They make your surroundings as comfortable as possible, and are extremely helpful with finding aftercare and treatment solutions afterwards.

I’ve been through treatment facilities before and I must say that Live Again Detox has stolen my heart. Not only is the staff top tier, but the take aways from each interaction/conversation are life changing. The house itself is a warm, welcoming environment. Privacy was respected and cleanliness was never in question. My bed was more comfortable than mine at home, so don’t worry about getting a good nights rest. There’s also plenty to do in your downtime. Arts and crafts, access to streaming platforms, and plenty of reading options. Daily walks are also an activity I enjoyed; weather permitting. If you’re unsure of where to go to start your journey or detox, look no further than L.A.D. It’s completely reconstructed my outlook on recovery and given me assurance that this is a step worth taking.

Tulip Hill Recovery – Drug Rehab in Tennessee
I am so incredibly grateful for this place. Tulip Hill didn’t just help me stop drinking, it gave me the therapy I needed to understand why I was drinking in the first place. Matt my therapist was patient, insightful, and helped me work through long-standing mental health challenges. For the first time, I felt like someone really listened and cared. The skills I learned, like coping with stress and managing emotions, have changed my life. I left not only sober but also mentally stronger and more resilient. That focus on mental health made all the difference in my life.
This is not a place for anyone with any type of addiction to alcohol. It IS a place for those who have serious drug addictions such as fetanyl and heavier drugs and need a place off the streets to heal. I spent 21 days there and got exactly 1 hour of "therapy" which consisted of my telling my story to a therapist. The therapists definitely use your story against you and do not guard it from the other residents. There was hour upon hour upon hour of wasted time which could have been spent in much better ways. I began to count the wasted hours that I could have been spending with my husband and family. It was obvious when the teacher was unprepared and clearly "phoned it in." The staff was manipulative when it came to phone calls/contact with family/support. They did not listen to me when my situation became perilous to my mental health even when confronted with these facts. Matt was a wonderful teacher when it came down to the heart of the matter, but it was a painful journey getting there, wading through silly games before the true nature of addiction was addressed. George, a good man with a good heart, was intensely impactful once you wade through the extreme amount of expletives to get to the heart of the message. There was a "cuss counter" who clocked 370 expletives in one 2 and 1/2 hour session. Would I recommend Tulip Hill for the average alcohol dependent person? Absolutely not! I would recommend it for the seriously drug addicted, no other options, person. I felt physically safe, but mentally and emotionally uncared for. When I decided to leave earlier than my 35 insurance days called for, I was humiliated in front of the class for my "foolish" decision. I came home from rehab needing rehab from my experience. Look past all the positive reviews and talk to past residents if possible. I lost count of the amount of residents who were lied to re: contact with friends/family. Please take this review under advisement before giving of yourself to Tulip Hill. Once you are there, the leaving is not as easy as they would have you think. I left with the desire to drink more than the desire not to.
I recommend this program to any woman struggling with addiction who has completed an inpatient rehabilitation program. "Scottina" who is the director of housing is simply amazing and she truly is a beacon who provides opportunity and stability by helping you strengthen your support system(s). The house managers do an awesome job giving attention to each woman considering their individual needs. The women are like family and I feel so lucky to be a part of this spiritual program. It's very progressive in recovery and leads you towards living a Christ like life by opening your eyes and acknowledging &accepting Jesus Christ & God's sacrifice for you individually. I am so blessed to have Beacon Recovery in my life and I encourage more women to be part of this amazing family 💯❤️

I did not receive treatment here because my insurance was out of network, however Alex and Dustin reached out to a few other programs and got me hooked up with the right place. Alex knew what I was looking for and found an amazing place for me. I wasn’t even his to worry about but I kept receiving calls from him untill he found the right place. Tulip Hill is an amazing place for anyone struggling with addiction to find a new way of life. Their staff is caring and compassionate and their facilities are wonderful.

Going to Tulip Hill was life changing for me! The staff genuinely care about your recovery and provide constant opportunities for you to process what addiction has done to your life, learn from others who have also struggled and grow into the person you want to be free from the chains of addiction! I appreciated the many different teaching approaches that were used in groups, individual therapy and attending multiple recovery meetings out in the surrounding area! The community at Tulip Hill was truly where my healing began!
Tulip Hill Recovery has given me so much to look forward to. I feel I'm ready to take on life again. I have struggled with addiction for a long time. I have been to multiple treatment centers, staying different lengths of time. By far Tulip Hill has been a miracle in my life. They have taught me how to appreciate who I am and let go of the baggage from the past. Every group is taught by a very qualified professional. The staff all work together and are acceptionally organized. The therapist I cannot say enough good things about. This is my first time with a real therapist and it is life changing. I stayed 3 months and was so proud of the steps I've made to understand addiction and ways to help me stay clean. I can hold my head high and be proud of who I am today. I will forever remember Tulip Hill and be thankful everyday I found them!!! If you need help give them a call. Just to talk if you need someone to listen. They really do care!!

I will have much more to say at a later date with specifics but for today I will just say — do not go there. It is not luxury, and they have some “counselors” who haven’t been sober long enough to check their ego or maybe they are just naturally insecure men. In fact, one in particular was cruel. Bottom line is I was prepared to leave a certain day (only a 14 day stay by my choice and agreed upon for work reasons) yet they “invited” me to leave early so they could put someone in that would pay for a 21 day treatment. They, of course, didn’t tell me why I got that invitation but I learned from staff that is what happened. I am trying so hard not to let this derail me but it was so unnecessary and harmful. This is just scratching the surface of what went on there, and I will explain more when I’m feeling better. :: Edit: I have read each patient review as well as Serenity’s response. My goodness, they do not really lift up a single patient. Instead, they say thank you for thinking how great we are. Read the reviews and responses and form your own opinion.

Serenity Ranch Recovery is an amazing and beautiful place to work on your recovery. All the staff is great, very supportive and easy to talk to. i couldn't have asked for a better place and support group. i'm truly grateful for this amazing experience.
This has been an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The house is incredible, the food is delicious and the staff are outstanding. They truly make this a 10/10 experience because they care so deeply about the patients and the patient experience. Serenity Ranch gave me a safe environment in which I could find grace, forgiveness and love for myself. The counselors, coaches, and nurses helped me begin the healing process through their love, compassion and perseverance. They collectively bound together to show me that a life of peace is possible and that I am worthy of that life.

Serenity ranch is the best detox/residential facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredible and genuinely care about your recovery which is hard to find. The house is amazing and the area around it is truly serene. It’s a great place to start in your journey to recover and highly recommend all the facilities associated with them regarding after care.

This place changed my life. If you’re thinking of coming here don’t isolate and get to know the people and staff. For real best month of my life. These people care and want you to stay sober once you leave. Not to mention how nice of a facility this place has. Have been sober since I left. I Wanna come back and visit some of my favorite staff at some point because I made some genuine and honest connection.
The Serenity Ranch is not only a beautiful setting. In a tough time this amazing place and wonderful staff made me feel like i was home away from home. I was welcomed with open arms and fed awesome food and a wealth of knowledge and strength to continue my life on a better path. Their amenities are next to none and the fact that they are equipped to offer dual diagnosis for many issues that lead to addiction makes them an outstanding place to renew your life!!
The place is beautiful, staff is friendly, and Serenity helped save my life! They gave me tools to help in my recovery. The only issues I had was the water pressure is not great and the staff are always on their phones. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Words can not express how thankful I am that resources like Serenity Ranch exist. This place is beautiful, with services and modalities to create a program that transforms lives. I’m extremely impressed by the warmth of the team, and the determination they have to provide support to those struggling with substance abuse/mental health. The grounds and the facilities are truly top notch, but what makes a more lasting impression are the people. Everyone here is cool and professional. Louisville Addiction Center – Kentucky Rehab Center
I enjoyed the virtual IOP treatment more than I thought I would. It worked well with my work schedule and I got to be comfortable at home as well as being comfortable in the group. I was able to connect and exchange information with my peers and expand my recover/Sobriety network!
LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.
I’ve had great success with the individuals i’ve sent to LAC. I’ve been impressed with the smooth Admissions process in the stressful situations. The compassion they receive after arriving and the level of care is as good as anywhere out there. Most definitely will continue to use LAC

LAC is an amazing treatment facility. Truly a 5 * place for treatment. From ownership, leadership to general staff this place is incredible. The therapist, Techs and speakers are all first class. The housing, if doing PHP like I participated in was also perfect. I met so many incredible people. It’s unreal to be honest. This is an awesome place for anyone struggling with a substance use disorder. It is a beautiful facility, conveniently located to all Louisville has to offer. The staff members are kind and helpful, it is easy to tell they truly want to help you recover. 10/10 recommend this programming if you are ready to make a change.
I had the opportunity to tour and attend the open house for Louisville Addiction Center on 2/22/23. As and individual in recovery and also working for SUD, I couldn’t be more impressed with the facility and approach that LAC is taking and offering those affected by substance abuse. If you or a loved one is struggling, this facility would provide the treatment, love and comfort your family member deserves.
Lexington Addiction Center – Drug Rehab in Kentucky
Upon arrivngl at Lexington Addiction Center(LAC) I was greeted with friendly staff that was awaiting my arrival. At first I was nervous because I was 500 miles away from home and didn't know anyone, but as I started to settle in things got easier. I shared a house with about 10 others that was in recovery just like me. The house was clean and well furnished. I had the opportunity to attend AA meetings 5 times a day which in part helped with my sobriety. My case manager kerstin was very helpful in assisting me with issues that I was going through at home as well as housing and giving me overall information that I needed to secure housing. I can't say enough how LAC has helped me. I appreciate all the staff for assisting me through this journey. If you are thinking about going to LAC please do so with an open mind and ready to get on the road to recovery, this place is really great!

I was a client at Lexington Addiction Center for a month of PHP. My experience with LAC was tremendous. They helped me get back on my feet after a relapse and provided me with care that I’ve not experienced in any other treatment setting. The clinicians, TCM, medical staff and techs were all very helpful throughout my experience. This team is really about loving people back to life and it shows as soon as you step inside and are greeted by tons of smiling faces from staff and clients alike. I have never felt as confident in my ability to maintain a healthy life of sobriety as I do now from completing this program. Thank you LAC!
LAC is 100% guaranteed not the place to be nor are they what they put themselves out to be… im here to tell the REAL truth about this place. They have the smiles and sweet talk but in reality they have grown men in there that act like grown lil ladies, they’re unprofessional and disrespectful as all get out, I got cussed out by staff and i mean profanity was HEAVY but they were absolutely quick to discharge me instead of handling their staff, I was the one who had to leave while the same staff is currently still working there. I've been threatened by staff multiple times and fights also occurred by staff, there were people there using/abusing drugs inside the facility, whenever id ask for help with anything that was actually important at the time it was like they weren’t even trying to listen it just went through one ear and out the other, everyone there was just putting on this big facade as if going there was the best option when in reality its not.. I never liked going to recovery centers/rehab in general and this place just proved every point as to why i never liked going. I was honestly just seeking help trying to actually stay on the right path but it was too much drama and arguing going on which caused me to stress and when i stress I tend relapse so LAC was no help whatsoever. Not to mention all this was recent. ( April 23, 2025 ). I absolutely have no reason to lie about anything, if you dont believe me go give it a try yourself i understand me telling you isnt enough for most but i was recently there and it was most definitely my worst experience.
I have nothing but positive things to say about LAC. The staff and therapy sessions are outstanding. The clinical and nurse Practitioner, and Case Managment truly put forth 100% care and dedication. From someone who suffered from Alcholism and Suicidal issues, LAC has truly changed my life for the better!. Always will be passionate about the recovery program at LAC!.

Being in a safe space with people who you can relate to is a must when you are going through the process of recovery. I felt very welcomed the moment I walked into the center. The staff support is exceptional and they truly care about your recovery. As an inpatient client living away from my family I felt a lot of love and support from the clients in my home (away from home). This facility has the tools needed to help and keep you be and stay successful on your journey. What a phenomenal facility! It has a calming, warm design throughout. I particularly liked the meditation room which is a game changer. The staff is first rate and truly care about supporting clients and working in their best interests.
