We perform an assessment via a phone call or visit. We gather information about your addiction. As well, we determine any physical and mental health issues you may have. As a result, this information aids us in understanding your treatment needs and goals. This helps us determine if our program is right for you. You are welcome to ask any questions you have about how our treatment works. All assessments are friendly, relaxed, and completely confidential.

We provide all the information you need about the costs of our program. Most insurance plans cover our treatment. We can help you determine your coverage. In addition, we communicate with your provider and handle the paperwork. This makes the admissions process easier for you. If you do not have insurance, we can still look for a plan that works for you. We have ideas and suggestions that can make addiction treatment a reality for you.

During admission, we assign a professional case manager to you. From day one, they oversee your time with us. They will answer any questions you have about what will happen during your time with us. This allows you to begin treatment knowing what therapies and activities will take place. Options may include individual therapy, experiential therapy, and support groups. Throughout your time with us, your case manager will be a source of support and information.
